Sealed collectibles & trading cards
All sales of sealed trading card product and collectibles are final. Because the value of sealed product depends on it remaining sealed and verifiable, we can't accept returns in this category — with one exception: if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Everything else
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If any order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll sort it — replacement or refund, your choice.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions. Return shipping for non-defective returns is the customer's responsibility.
